Quite simply because we’ve been there, done it and printed the T-shirts for a giveaway. Our training isn’t based on a book that we’ve read, it’s based on years of real-world marketing experience built up in our team. We’ve got a wide range of skills and we come from diverse backgrounds, but we’ve all got one thing in common; a geeky curiosity and a desire to become better digital marketers. If you share that desire, then we’re already on the same page, so we should get on just fine.
Whether you’re a complete novice or a bit of a whizz, we can tailor our training to go at a suitable pace and to a suitable level. We won’t baffle you, but we won’t patronise you either. Each session starts with a conversation to find out your level of experience and understanding – that sets us up to deliver maximum value, and for you to go home a better digital marketer. We also find lecturing you very boring, so the courses are a dialogue.
We’ve been to plenty of training courses ourselves and we’ve found that our satisfaction directly correlates with the quantity and range of biscuits and hot drinks on offer – this insight has proved invaluable in putting together our own training programs.
